Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "8k8win" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting services operated at 8k8win.cam and all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and software applications.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by an individual on 8k8win following successful registration and verification.
• "Player" or "User" means any natural person who has registered, or is in the process of registering, a player account on 8k8win.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any amount of funds placed by a Player on a game, event, or outcome available through the 8k8win Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or cashback amounts credited to a Player's account by 8k8win under a promotional offer.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player from their own financial sources, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification, comprising submission and review of identity and address documents as required by applicable regulations.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered on eligible games before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the Philippine government body responsible for regulating gaming activities.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 8k8win Platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming any promotion, you conclusively represent that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand and accept them without qualification, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 8k8win. If you do not accept any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not access or use the 8k8win Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use 8k8win. This minimum age is consistent with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. 8k8win reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or close accounts where the minimum age requirement cannot be confirmed.

3.2 Single Account Policy. Each individual natural person is permitted to hold only one (1) active 8k8win account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single person — whether under the same name, different names, or through proxy registration — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account suspension and forfeiture of any balances.

3.3 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.4 KYC Verification. Prior to the processing of any withdrawal, 8k8win is required to verify your identity in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations. You will be required to submit a government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, or driver's license) and such additional documentation as 8k8win may request. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 8k8win will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

Account Security

4.1 Credentials Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8k8win login credentials, including your registered mobile number or email address and your password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party and must take all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized access to your account.

4.2 Unauthorized Access. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorized access has occurred, you must notify 8k8win's support team immediately. 8k8win will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

4.3 Two-Factor Authentication. 8k8win offers SMS-based two-factor authentication ("2FA") to all account holders. While enabling 2FA is voluntary, 8k8win strongly recommends activating it to protect your account. Instructions for enabling 2FA are available in Account Settings.

4.4 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including all wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested, regardless of whether such activity was authorized by you, unless you have properly notified 8k8win of a security breach in accordance with clause 4.2 above.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 8k8win accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PESONet. Payment methods available to individual players may vary based on account verification status and applicable limits.

5.2 Deposit Requirements. The minimum deposit amount at 8k8win is ₱200. Deposits are generally credited to the player's account in real time or within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. 8k8win does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own fees independently.

5.3 Withdrawal Requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment methods registered in the account holder's verified name. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification has been completed in full. 8k8win aims to process withdrawal requests via GCash and PayMaya within an average of 15 minutes, though processing times may vary and are not guaranteed.

5.4 Player Funds. All player funds held by 8k8win are maintained in accounts segregated from 8k8win's operational funds. Player balances are not used for any operational purpose and are protected in the event of business disruption.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotional offers, free spins, cashback credits, and referral rewards offered by 8k8win are subject to the specific terms of the relevant promotion, which form part of and must be read alongside these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are not directly withdrawable. Before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn, the applicable wagering requirement multiplier must be satisfied in full on eligible game categories. 8k8win publishes the wagering multiplier, eligible games list, minimum bet requirement, time expiry, and maximum withdrawal cap applicable to each promotion on the relevant promotion page.

6.3 Welcome Bonus. The 8k8win welcome bonus (100% deposit match up to ₱10,000) is available to newly registered players making their first deposit. The bonus is available only once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Players who have previously held an 8k8win account under any identity are not eligible for the welcome bonus.

6.4 Abuse & Irregular Play. 8k8win reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back bonus funds and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, coordinated play, or any strategy intended to circumvent the spirit of wagering requirements. Determination of irregular play is at 8k8win's reasonable discretion.

Game Rules & Player Conduct

7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on 8k8win is governed by individual game rules provided by the respective game provider. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before placing wagers. 8k8win publishes RTP (return to player) percentages and volatility ratings for all games where this information is available from the game provider.

7.2 Betting Limits. 8k8win applies minimum and maximum betting limits to all games and sports markets. These limits are displayed within the game interface or betting market and may be adjusted by 8k8win at any time without prior notice. VIP tier players may be subject to elevated limits as communicated by their account manager.

7.3 Malfunctions. In the event of a software or system malfunction during game play, 8k8win reserves the right to declare affected rounds void and return all wagers placed during the malfunction period. 8k8win's decisions in respect of system malfunctions are final.

7.4 Player Conduct. Players must not engage in abusive, threatening, or offensive behavior toward 8k8win staff or other platform users. Violation of expected conduct standards is grounds for account suspension at 8k8win's discretion.

Responsible Gaming

8k8win is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. Gambling is an entertainment activity and should be approached as such. 8k8win encourages players to set personal limits and to seek help if gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to affect their finances, relationships, or wellbeing.

8.1 Player Controls. All 8k8win account holders may access the following responsible gaming tools directly from Account Settings at any time without requiring support assistance:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Limits — Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of 8k8win.
• Cooling-Off Periods — Temporarily suspend access to your account for a self-selected period of 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from 8k8win. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8k8win Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Accessing the Platform while knowingly under a self-exclusion order or suspension issued by 8k8win.
• Money laundering, fraud, or depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or security vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Creating multiple accounts in violation of the single-account policy in clause 3.2.
• Facilitating access to the Platform by persons under 21 years of age or by excluded persons.
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or dispute any deposit made to 8k8win through a payment provider without first contacting 8k8win's support team.

Intellectual Property

All content published on the 8k8win Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, user interface designs, audio, video, and data compilations — is owned by or licensed to 8k8win and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No player may copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 8k8win.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

11.1 Platform Availability. 8k8win provides its Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 8k8win endeavors to maintain continuous availability, it does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or third-party disruptions may affect Platform availability from time to time.

11.2 Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 8k8win's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the player's Real Money Balance held in their account at the time the relevant claim arises. 8k8win shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of profits or loss of opportunity.

11.3 Gambling Risk. Gambling involves the risk of financial loss. 8k8win does not guarantee that any player will win or that any particular strategy will produce positive results. Players accept all gambling-related financial risk when placing wagers on 8k8win.

Suspension & Termination

12.1 Suspension by 8k8win. 8k8win reserves the right to suspend or restrict a player account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably suspects: a breach of these Terms & Conditions; fraudulent, abusive, or collusive activity; failure to complete KYC verification; or any regulatory or legal requirement necessitating suspension.

12.2 Account Closure by Player. Players may close their 8k8win account at any time by contacting the support team. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any verified Real Money Balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements and deduction of any outstanding obligations.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon closure or termination of an account, all Bonus Funds and associated pending winnings are immediately forfeited. No compensation is payable in respect of Bonus Funds or pending bonus-derived winnings following account closure.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

13.2 Disputes. In the event of a dispute regarding a transaction, game outcome, bonus, or account action, players must first contact 8k8win's support team through the live chat facility and allow 8k8win a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter. 8k8win aims to acknowledge dispute submissions within 24 hours and to provide a resolution within 14 business days of receiving all relevant information.

13.3 Finality of Game Results. Game outcomes, as recorded by 8k8win's servers and the relevant game provider's RNG (random number generator) system, are final and binding in the absence of a demonstrable system error. Player perception of unfair outcomes does not constitute grounds for a successful dispute absent documented evidence of a malfunction.

Amendments to These Terms

8k8win reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or through a prominent notice on the Platform, not less than 7 days before the amended Terms take effect.

Continued use of the 8k8win Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the player's acceptance of the revised Terms. If a player does not agree to any amended Terms, they must cease use of the Platform and may close their account in accordance with clause 12.2.
